Hi there I'm Nikki, I'm so glad you find me here.. I'm the doctor, cook , photographer , food stylist and recipe developer behind this blog.. This is actually my healthy eating story, a recipe journal and here you'll find mostly plant base recipes with fresh organic and local ingredients. When I'm developing the recipes my main goal is make them healthy, nutritious but delicious as well. Also I like to show you making anything from scratch is not as difficult as many of you think.

Besides sharing healthy recipes, I have also big passion for food styling and photography. Although I don't have formal photography training, I read everyday to try to improve my skills, and try my best to take interesting food pictures. My pictures are never edited, filtered or painted, what you see on the pictures what we eat everyday in our home. I'm also passionate about to show you if you use real, fresh ingredients you won't need anything else to look meal shiny.. Let the food-ingredients shine through..
